一、 用途
PURPOSE
TNSD型高效濃縮機是火電站除灰渣系統與脫水倉或渣倉配套的灰漿處理設備,主要處理脫水倉或渣倉中含有部分灰渣的溢流水、析出水,為系統內循環水再利用或完全排放創造條件。具有占地面積小,灰漿處理量大,運行安全可靠的特點。
TNSD THICKENER IS USED FOR IN THE ASH/WASTE HANDLING SYSTEM IN POWER PLANT AND USUALLY WORKED WITH THE HYDROBIN OR ASH/WASTE SILO. THE OVERFLOW WATER TOGETHER WITH THE ASH/WASTE FROM THE HYDROBIN OR ASH/WASTE SILO IS FLEW INTO AND DEALED WITH IN THE THICKENER. THEN THE WATER IS ABLE TO CIRCULATE IN THE SYSTEM. THIS EQUIPMENT IS COVERED SMALLER AREA BUT MORE TREATMENT CAPABILITY FOR ASH/WASTE SLURRY. ALSO THIS EQUIPMENT IS RUNNING SAFETY.

四、設備安裝與調試
ASSEMBLY & TESTING
4.1 設備安裝注意事項:
DETAIL OF EQUIPMENT ERECTION:
4.1.1 用戶應仔細矯正設備主要土建基礎平面水平,確保設備就位正確。
PLEASE ADJUST AND CHECK THE BASIC FOUNDATION (COMCRETE BASE), MAKE SURE PUT THE EQUIPMENT IN THE RIGHT POSITION.
4.1.2 根據圖紙進行本體、鋼支架組裝并焊接就位,擰緊基礎螺栓或與預埋板焊死。
WELD AND ASSEMBLE THE SILO DODY PLATES AND THE STEEL SUPPORT STRUCTURE PER THE ERECTION DRAWINGS. WELD THE EMBEDDED PLATES AND BOLT ALL THE BOLTS TIGHTLY.
4.1.3 根據圖紙進行倉體拼裝,要求及說明可按圖紙技術要求執行。注意:倉體拼裝過程中請注意制造廠廠內的拼裝編號,按編號準確就位。焊接要求均按中GG家手工電弧焊有關標準執行。
JOBSITE ASSEMBLE THE SILO PER THE ERECTION DRAWINGS. PLEASE PERFORM IN ACCORDING WITH THE PIECE MARKS AND PUT IN THE RIGHT POSITION. WELDING CONFORM TO CHINA GB SPECIFICATION.
4.1.4 進行倉體的吊裝就位,并與鋼支架焊接于一體。
LIFT THE WHOLE SILO TO THE RIGHT POSITION, AND TO BE WELDED TOGETHER WITH THE STEEL SUPPORT STRUCTURE.#p#分頁標題#e#
4.1.5 平臺安裝,注意:應將進漿管組件及底流擋板組件固定于平臺(底流擋板與平臺可采用電焊連接)。
AT THE TIME OF PLATFORM ASSEMBLY, PLEASE FIX THE INLET PIPE DEVICE ONTO THE PLATFORM ( UNDERFLOW BAFFLE CAN BE WELDED WITH THE PLATFORM.).
4.1.6 平臺與倉體連接時,應注意此平臺必須保持水平,其縱向及橫向水平誤差應≤1/1000。
KEEP THE HORIZONTAL SETTING OF PLATFORM WHEN THE PLATFORM ASSEMBLES WITH THE SILO BODY. THE DEVIATION IN HORIZON AND VERTICAL ARE NO MORE THAN 1/1000.
4.1.7 安裝中心驅動裝置時應注意:
DETAIL OF ACTUATING MECHANISM ASSEMBLY:
a) 調正傳動裝置中心位置,確保與倉體中心一致;
ADJUST THE CENTER LINE OF ACTUATING MECHANISM, MAKE SURE THEY ARE IN A LINE.
b) 與刮灰耙組件軸對接后應注意刮灰耙底與倉體斜面間距離,應保證其間距70~100mm等距,如不在其間隙范圍內,可適當在驅動裝置底座下加設調整墊片;
WHEN THE ACTUATING MECHANISM CONNECTS WITH THE ASH RAKE, PLEASE KEEP THE BOTTOM OF RAKE AWAY FROM THE BOTTOM CONE OF SILO IN THE GAP ABOUT 70 TO 100 MILLIMETER. IF NOT, YOU CAN ADJUST THE WASHERS AT THE BOTTOM OF ACTUATING MECHANISM.
c) 合理調整傘形帽與進漿緩沖筒間的周邊間隙(一般控制在10~20mm間)。
ADJUST THE GAP BETWEEN THE UMBRELLA CAP AND THE INLET PIPE DEVICE (10 TO 20 MILLIMETER)
4.1.8 安裝鋸齒形溢流堰時,應注意周邊水平面度:≤0. 5/1000,調整完畢后應將溢流堰與溢流槽用電焊固定。
AT THE TIME OF OVERFLOW WEIR ASSEMBLY, KEEP THE DEVIATION IN HORIZON IS NO MORE THAN 0.5/1000. THEN WELD THE OVERFLOW WEIR TOGETHER WITH OVERFLOW LAUNDER.
4.1.9 為防止積水,溢流槽與溢流口連接處應為**低,往上傾斜**高處可提高15~20mm,但溢流堰應為水平。
IN ORDER TO PREVENT FROM THE ACCUMULATED WATER, THE CONNECTION AREA BETWEEN OVERFLOW PIPE AND OVERFLOW LAUNDER IS LOWEST. BUT OVERFLOW WEIR IS HORIZONTAL.
4.1.10 考慮到傾斜板濃縮裝置的安裝,要保證底流擋板的圓整度。
CONSIDERING THE ASSEMBLY OF INCLINED PLATE, MAKE SURE THE UNDERFLOW BAFFLE IS ROUND AND GOOD
4.1.11 在底流擋板與溢流槽間裝入傾斜板濃縮裝置,注意周向支架間隙應適當調整均勻。
ASSEMBLE THE INCLINED PLATES BETWEEN THE UNDERFLOW BAFFLE AND OVERFLOW LAUNDER, AND ADJUST THE SUPPORT ACCORDINGLIY.
4.1.12 主傳動裝置安裝完畢后,應手盤主電機風葉,主軸端轉動靈活無卡阻現象。且應進行空載運行試驗,運行時間不得小于1小時。運轉應平穩,無沖擊、無異常振動和噪聲。
AFTER FINISHING ASSEMBLY OF CHIEF ACTUATING MECHANISM, TURN (ROLL) THE BLADES OF ELECTROMOTOR WITH HANDS, MAKE SURE THE MAIN AXIS IN NOT BLOCKED. THEN DO THE NO-LOAD TEST IN ONE HOUR. IT SHOULD BE WORKING SMOOTHLY.
4.1.13 負載運轉試驗逐漸加入水漿,無異常現象進行**大額定負荷試驗,在試驗中必須注意檢查各機件的運行發熱情況,如發現異常必須立即停車檢查,直到故障全部排除后,才能重新進行試驗。
DO THE TRIAL TEST NORMALLY. CHECK THE TEMPERATURE OF EACH COMMENTS. IF THE COMMENT IS AT THE HIGH TEMPERATURE, THE THICKENER SHOULD BE STOPPED RUNNING. AND THE THICKENER DO NOT RESTART UNTIL THE MALFUNCTION IS GONE.
4.2 設備的調試:
EQUIPMENT TESTING
用戶在確定此設備所有內外部件全部安裝完畢,均處于正常情況后,應注意以下幾點:
PLEASE SEE THE BELOW ITEMS AFTER FINISH ASSEMBLY OF THIS EQUIPMENT:
4.2.1檢查設備電氣部分是否處于待運狀態。
KEEP THE ELECTRIC PART IN THE GOOD CONDITION AND READY TO START.
4.2.2檢查設備附件各管路、閥門是否處于待啟動狀態。
KEEP THE PIPES AND VALVES IN THE GOOD CONDITION AND READY TO START.
4.2.3檢查主傳動裝置電機、提耙裝置電機、減速機、各連接件是否具有啟動條件,油位是否正常。
CHECK THE CHIEF ACTUATING MECHANISM, ELECTROMOTOR, REDUCER AND THE OTHER DEVICES AND KEEP THEM IN THE GOOD CONDITION AND READY TO START.
4.2.4開啟減速機,并檢查有無異常聲音,灰耙與倉體有無摩擦聲。
START THE REDUCER. CHECK AND LISTEN WHETHER THERE IS ABNORMAL NOISY.
4.2.5開啟進漿總閥門進行倉內充水(或進漿),直**溢流槽溢出水正常(注意溢流堰水平度,如出現傾斜出力現象應調整**水平)。
OPEN THE INLET PIPE VALVE AND GET THE WATER(SLURRY) INTO THE THICKENER UNTIL THE WATER OVERFLOW FROM THE OVERFLOW LAUNDER NORMALLY.
4.2.6根據傳感器扭矩定期打開濃縮機出漿閥門進行排漿。
OPEN THE SLURRY DISCHARGE PIPE VALVE PERIODICALLY PER THE TORQUE AND RATATION SPEED SENSOR.
4.2.7停機前應關閉進漿閥門,排除倉內底部沉積灰漿,關閉倉體灰漿出漿門,停止減速機運行。
PLEASE CLOSE THE INLET PIPE VALVE BEFORE THE THICKENER IS NOT RUNNING AND DISCHARGE THE SLURRY OF BOTTOM SILO. THEN CLOSE THE ASH/WASTE SLURRY DISCHARGE VAVLE AND STOP THE REDUCER.
五、 設#p#分頁標題#e#備維護與保養
MAINTENANCE
5.1 設備在安裝完畢后,用戶應根據電廠運行標準對設備內外表面進行油漆保護。
PAINT THE EQUIPMENT PER THE POWER PLANT REQUIREMENTS.
5.2 減速機潤滑油采用40#機械油,也可用90#機械齒輪油。
THE LUBRICATION OIL FOR REDUCER IS 40# MACHINE OIL OR 90# GEAR OIL.
5.3 減速機運轉后,**次運轉二周后,立即更換新油,并將內部油污進行洗凈,以后每3~6個月更換一次,若環境濕度較高、潮濕,可適當縮短換油周期。
AFTER THE FIRST RUNNING OF REDUCER IN TWO WEEKS, PLEASE REMOVE ALL OLD OIL AND PUT IN NEW OIL. THEN REMOVE THE OIL IN EVERY THREE MONTHS. ( OF COURSE YOU CAN REMOVE THE OIL IN SHORT PERIOD DUE TO THE LOCAL ENVIRONMENT)
5.4 為了防潮及保護減速機主電機、中心驅動裝置主電機上部用戶可加設防雨防潮裝置。
PUT THE WATERPROOF DEVICE OVER THE REDUCER, ACTUATING MECHANISM.
5.5 此設備為連續運行方式,在倉體存漿時,不可關閉主電機,并應注意中心驅動裝置不能在倉體下部灰漿濃縮積存狀態下帶負荷啟動,以免損壞減速機機件。
THIS EQUIPMENT IS FOR CONTINUOUS RUNNING TYPE. IF THERE IS WATER/SLURRY IN THE SILO BODY, PLEASE DO NOT STOP THE MAIN ELECTROMOTOR. PLEASE NOTE: THE CHIEF ACTUATING MECHANISM ARE NOT TO BE STARTED WHEN THE SLURRY IS THICKEN AND CAKING.
5.6 嚴禁直徑大于15mm硬質物料進入倉內卡死刮灰耙,影響中心驅動裝置的正常工作,甚**損壞機件。
FORBID THE MATERIAL WHICH THE DIAMETER OF IS MORE THAN 15 MILLIMETER INTO THE SILO.
5.7 一般情況下,本設備應處于連續運行狀態,底部排灰口閥門為常開,在需間斷運行時,需排盡出料口沉積灰漿,確保兩次開機時,刮灰耙在無阻澀情況下開始運行。
USUALLY, THIS EQUIPMENT IS FOR CONTINUOUS RUNNING, AND THE BOTTOM SLURRY DISCHARGE VALVE IS OPEN ALL THE TIMES. WHEN YOU NEED THE EQUIPMENT INTERMITTEN RUNNING, THE BOTTOM SLURRY SHALL BE DISCHARGED FIRST. MAKESURE THE ASH RAKES RESTART TO RUN SMOOTHLY( NOT BLOCKED) WHEN THE EQUIPMENT RESTART.
